INTERMEDIATE TURKEY TROT
The Intermediate Turkey Trot plan is for committed runners who can confidently jump into running about 20 miles per week and work up to around 30 miles per week.
This is a 5 week plan culminating in a Thanksgiving Day 5k race. There are 2 workouts per week and 6 total days of running per week.
The plan includes a daily plan for the 6 weeks, an overview of the training philosophy, a vision for race day, definitions of training paces, and a protocol for workouts and race day.
